Szechwan Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp serrano rice wine vinegar or 1 tsp plain rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chili oil

Directions:

  1. Mince garlic and cilantro in food processor, scraping until fine.
  2. Put in stainless bowl Mix in remainder of ingredients.
  3. Let sit for 1 hour at room temperature tightly covered.
