Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp stevia or 18 -24 , packets or 1 tsp liquid

Directions:

  1. Combine all in a blender. Mix until well-blended. Makes the equivalent of one can of sweetened, condensed milk.
