Found this one on livestrong - haven't tried yet, but plan on doing it soon, since I'm trying to work my way up to a low-carb magic cookie bar recipe... XD Ingredients:
1 cup instant milk |
1/2 cup water |
3 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons stevia or 18 -24 stevia, packets or 1 teaspoon stevia liquid |
Directions:
1. Combine all in a blender. Mix until well-blended. Makes the equivalent of one can of sweetened, condensed milk. |
