Ingredients:

  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 medium nectarine
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Roughly chop the ingredients.
  2. Put everything in a blender/mixer and mix until you get fine pieces.
  3. Serve as is (it's really sweet!).
