Ingredients:

  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch ground cloves
  • 0.25 cup light brown sugger
  • 0.25 cup light molasses
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Boil sweet potatoes until tender; drain, mash with melted butter.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  3. In bowl, beat eggs, add sugar and beat thoroughly.
  4. Add milk, molasses, salt and spices. Beat until blended. Stir into mashed potatoes.
  5. Turn into buttered 1.5 quart casserole. Bake, covered 50-60 minutes
