Ingredients:
0.25 cup(s) butter, melted |
0.5 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
2 eggs |
pinch(s) ground cloves |
0.25 cup(s) light brown sugger |
0.25 cup(s) light molasses |
0.5 cup(s) milk |
0.25 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
0.5 teaspoon(s) salt |
2.5 cup(s) sweet potatoes |
Directions:
1. Boil sweet potatoes until tender; drain, mash with melted butter. 2. Preheat oven to 375 F. 3. In bowl, beat eggs, add sugar and beat thoroughly. 4. Add milk, molasses, salt and spices. Beat until blended. Stir into mashed potatoes. 5. Turn into buttered 1.5 quart casserole. Bake, covered 50-60 minutes |
