Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cups mashed sweet potatoes
  2. Cup sugar
  3. Eggs beaten
  4. Tsp vanilla
  5. /2 cup butter
  6. /2 cup milk
  7. Cook potatoes untill tender, drain and mash. Combine potatoes with sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and butter. Place in casserole dish
  8. Topping
  9. Cup brown sugar packed
  10. /3 cup flour
  11. Cup chopped nuts
  12. /3 cup butter (do not melt)
  13. Combine all ingredients until like corn meal. Top souffle and bak at 375 for 30 minutes.
