Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring the heavy cream and water to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium.
  3. Slowly add the cornmeal, stirring constantly.
  4. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
  5. Add pureed sweet potato, brown sugar and cheese, combine well.
  6. Finish with a dab of butter and season with S+P.
