Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 stick butter - melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • topping
  • 1/2 stick butter - melted
  • 1/2 cup flower

Directions:

  1. Mix top ingredients and put in casserole dish. Mix bottom ingredients and spread on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. If you wish, you can top with mini marshmallows. Sprinkle some on top the last 10 minutes. Monitor closely so as not to overcook marshmallows.
