Sweet Onion and Prosciutto Pizza -No Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add tsp butter to skillet at heat to medium.
  2. Cut onion into thin slices.
  3. Cook onion over medium heat until carmelized.
  4. Top pizza crust with olive oil.
  5. Spread cheese over top of crust. Top with Prosciutto.
  6. Heat in over or toaster over at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
  7. Removed from oven and add onion, spreading over entire pizza.
  8. Cut and enjoy!
