Sweet Carrot Super Healthy Muffins!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tblsp margarine
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Lightly oil mufin tin and preheat oven to 190 deg cel
  2. Put the first 7 ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until just mixed
  4. Bake for 15 mins
