Sweet and Sour Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 15 g butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornflour
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 1/2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sherry wine

Directions:

  1. Shred the cabbage and stir fry for 2 min with oil and butter then sprinkle with salt and simmer gently for 5 to 6 minute.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients and bring to boil and simmer for 4 to 5 minute.
  3. Transfer cabbage to serving dish and pour sauce over the cabbage and serve.
