Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablesppons sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • pinch of salt
  • beat eggs and cream in bowl. sift in flour until smooth. add milk gradually and stir in melted butter, salt and sugar.

Directions:

  2. Have round cast iron griddle or crepe pan hot. Oil lightly and pour ⅓ cup batter on and swish around. Turn when lightly browned. Spread each pancake with butter, syrup, jelly, jam, sugar, etc. Roll up and enjoy!
