This recipe was given to me by my grandfather. They have the consistency of a crepe. Fill them with your favorite filling or enjoy with maple syrup and butter.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 tablesppons sugar
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups milk
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
beat eggs and cream in bowl. sift in flour until smooth. add milk gradually and stir in melted butter, salt and sugar.
have round cast iron griddle or crepe pan hot. oil lightly and pour ⅓ cup batter on and swish around. turn when lightly browned. spread each pancake with butter, syrup, jelly, jam, sugar, etc. roll up and enjoy
Directions:
