Super Fast Butter Beans Mash

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans butter beans
  • 2 cloves of garlic (grated )
  • 3 tbsp of dried mix herbs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Drain and rinse the beans
  2. Place in a heavy based pot over medium heat and gently start to mash
  3. Add all the ingredients except the butter
  4. Mashed well and mix
  5. Remove from heat
  6. Add the butter and mix thoroughly
  7. Enjoy
