Super-Easy but Tasty Pizza Sauce

Ingredients:

  • equal amount water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp oregano

Directions:

  1. Mix well all the ingredients over heat. It's not necessary to continue heating, just get it hot enough to help the ingredients mix, then remove heat (overheating tomatoes causes a chemical change and ruins the taste).
  2. Just add more water for thinner sauce if preferred. Experiment with ingredient amounts for taste; I personally like a lot of oregano which makes all the difference.
  3. Makes enough to cover one 16 pizza.
