Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, toss cabbage, carrots and celery seed.
  2. Place the remaining ingredients in a blender ot food processor; cover and process until combined.
  3. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve with a slotted spoon.
