Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, stir together sugar, water, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Drizzle spice mixture over popcorn in baking pan. Toss popcorn until coated. bake in a 350 oven for 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
  3. Transfer the hot popcorn from the baking sheet to a large piece of foil. Cool popcorn completely. Store leftovers in a tightly covered container. Makes 4 servings (1.5 cups per serving).
