  1. Saute onion, peppers and mushrooms in butter. cut zucchini in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. add cheese to sauteed veggies. once melted add worchestershire and bread crumbs. stuff zucchini. bake at 350 for 20 minutes. top with parmesan.
