Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Scoop out the potato pulp and place in large bowl.
  2. Add rest of ingredients (saving a little cheese for the top of potatoes). Mash altogether.
  3. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and drizzle a little melted butter on each potato.
  4. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
  5. Can be stuffed ahead of time, might need to baked longer!
