Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of fresh strawberries, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 spoonful brandy
  • 1 spoonful water

Directions:

  1. Wash and cut fruit and place in a frying pan.
  2. Add sugar, water and brandy.
  3. Mix continuously until sauce is thick.
  4. Let it cool down and then serve on your favourite dessert.
  5. Store leftover in refrigerator.
