Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cake , loaf
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) package pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz) carton whipped topping
  • 2 drops green food coloring

Directions:

  1. Cut pound cake into three layers.
  2. Beat together pineapple and pudding mix and milk.
  3. Add whipped topping and food coloring.
  4. Layer pudding between pound cake.
