I serve this cake every St. Paddy's day Ingredients:
1 lb cake, loaf |
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 cup milk |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package pistachio pudding mix |
1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping |
2 drops green food coloring |
Directions:
1. Cut pound cake into three layers. 2. Beat together pineapple and pudding mix and milk. 3. add whipped topping and food coloring. 4. layer pudding between pound cake. |
