Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar; blend in eggs and vanilla.
  2. Combine dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pack dough into cookie press, part of it at a time.
  5. Press into desired shapes on ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in a 400°F oven for 7-8 minutes.
