Spinach Puffs

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 1/2 lb) box spinach

Directions:

  1. Knead the dough until it is soft.
  2. Then, roll out the dough until it is flat.
  3. Use a 4-by-6 inch glass to cut circles.
  4. Put some spinach in the middle of each circle.
  5. Add 1/4 teaspoon of each of the cheeses on the spinach.
  6. Fold the rest of the circle over the puff.
  7. Place them on a cookie sheet covered with foil.
  8. Remember to spray the foil; PAM would be good.
  9. Bake in the oven at 355 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  10. Let them cool down.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
