Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set
  2. Whites aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mash yolks with fork.
  4. Stir in mayo, vinegar, butter, sugar, pepper and salt.
  5. Add spinach and mix well.
  6. Stir in bacon; spoon into egg whites.
  7. Serve immediately.
