Spice Bread With Pumpkin

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil (optional)
  • 1 (18 oz) box spice cake mix

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Mix pumpkin, eggs, and oil well.
  3. Blend in cake mix till well blended.
  4. Spray 1 large loaf pan with cooking spray, or divide batter into muffin pan.
  5. Bake 50-55 mins, or till tests clean.
  6. Turn out on rack and cool.
