Spaghetti Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 (8 oz) package thin spaghetti

Directions:

  1. In 12 inch skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is no longer pink.
  2. Drain; Stir in tomato juice, water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and spices.
  3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Add uncooked spaghetti; stir to separate strands.
  5. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes more, or until spaghetti is tender.
  6. Stir often.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese when serving.
