Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 11/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup cold butter
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Spray muffin pans with cooking spray, or use paper baking cups.
  2. Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl. Cut in butter blend until coarse and crumbly. Stir in milk just enough to moistened. Spoon evenly into muffin pans.
  3. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes. Remove from muffin pan
