Sour Cream Raisin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teasp.cinnamon
  • 1/2 teasp.cloves
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 teasp salt
  • 2 tablesp.vinegar

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar,cinnamon,cloves together
  2. Add beaten eggs
  3. Add raisins,sour cream,salt,vinegar (Note at bottom of recipe)
  4. Mix well
  5. Pour into pie crust lined deep 9 in. pan
  6. Moisten edge and add top crust
  7. Bake at 350 degree until golden, about 45 min
  8. Note: If you are so inclined,you may soak the raisins in Rum over night,then,drain,(OR DRINK),then make the pie.
