Simply Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • optional: lemon wedges to squeeze on serving.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400˚.
  2. Trim broccoli and break into florets.
  3. Toss with olive oil and salt, and spread on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve along side a favorite Main Dish.
