Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut all ingredients and place all but tomatoes in bowl. Add 3/4 tbs salt, 3/4 tbs pepper, oil and vinegar, lid bowl and toss to coat. Use remaining salt and pepper to coat both sides of the steak. Cook Steak to desired done-ness. I recommend browning both sides and then finishing it off in the oven. While Steak is in the oven plate the salad and toss with the tomatoes. After steak has rested for about 3 minutes. Cut in to thin slices and lay over top of salad. Then enjoy.
