Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine in small bowl flour, cinnamon, baking soda.
  2. Mix together with beaters -eggs, oil and sugar.
  3. Add slowly flour mixture.
  4. Once combined fold in diced apples-then raisins and nuts if using
  5. Pour into 9 x 13 baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-35min or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Enjoy!
