Simple Foot Soak

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon water
  • 1/4 cup sea salt (or whatever you have around)
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup marjoram
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Fill a large pitcher with warm to hot water.
  3. Add dry ingredients to water and stir till salt and corn starch is dissolved.
  4. Add honey to water and stir again.
  5. Pour mixture into foot basin.
  6. Relax for 10 to 15 minutes.
