Simple Beer Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) can beer
  • 3 tbsp white sugar (or as much as 1/3 cup)

Directions:

  1. In large bowl mix together the sugar and flour, add beer and continue to mix, first using a spoon then your hands.
  2. Batter will be sticky.
  3. Pour into a 9x5 greased loaf pan
  4. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Top will be crunchy.
