Ingredients:

  • 16 oz shrimp
  • 3 cups rice, cooked
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup peas

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large skillet
  2. Stir fry cold rice and onion
  3. Add seasoning and soy sauce, cook 1 min
  4. Push rice to side, add egg, cook
  5. Add peas and cooked meat
