Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Boil the shrimp. Drain and mince.
  2. Put the shrimp in a pot with the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir with chopsticks until liquid is absorbed.
