4 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon mirin |
1 tablespoon sake |
1 tablespoon water |
salt |
Directions:
1. Boil the shrimp. Drain and mince. 2. Put the shrimp in a pot with the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. 3. Stir with chopsticks until liquid is absorbed. |
