Ingredients:

  • 1/2-1 cup milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream or 2 scoops maple walnut ice cream

Directions:

  1. Combine all in blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
  3. Note: Adjust milk and ice cream quantities depending on how thick you like your shakes.
