Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients except vegetables.
  2. Pour the dry, large (1 1/2 - 2 ) vegetable chunks into a large mixing bowl and pour the marinade over them. Blend and allow the veggies to marinate for one hour at room temperature.
  3. Lay out the vegetables (with whatever marinade tags along with them) in a large casserole dish and bake in a pre-heated 375-degree F. oven for 45 minutes.
