ground beef extra lean. you can also use ground pork , chicken , or any other ground meat to make these meat balls., spices to your taste. i use garlic and italian seasoning and some times parmesan cheese. in my meat balls., use 1 tsp chopped garlic , 1 to 2 tsp. of italian seasoning and about a couple tbsp of parmesan cheese., sprinkle black pepper into meat as desired for your taste ., sprinkle salt if you wish into these meat balls .
