Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Melt butterscotch over hot water & set aside. Cream sugar/butter until fluffy. Add egg & beat. Blend in butterscotch, vanilla, and almond extract. In separate bowl mix flour and baking soda and mix into creamed sugar bowl. Stir in oats and coconut.
  2. Bake in 350 oven 10-12 minutes.
