Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon(s) almond extract |
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1/3 cup(s) butter |
6 ounce(s) butterscotch chips |
1 cup(s) coconut |
2 eggs |
1 cup(s) flour |
1 cup(s) oats |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Melt butterscotch over hot water & set aside. Cream sugar/butter until fluffy. Add egg & beat. Blend in butterscotch, vanilla, and almond extract. In separate bowl mix flour and baking soda and mix into creamed sugar bowl. Stir in oats and coconut. 2. Bake in 350 oven 10-12 minutes. |
