Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup semisweet choc chips
  • 1 1/2cup pnb chips
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup creamy pnb

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350, line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt...set aside.
  3. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, cream butter, PNB, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
  4. On low speed, add flour mixture, beating until blended.
  5. By hand, fold in choc and PNB chips.
  6. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake one sheet at a time for approx 12 mins or until lightly golden on the edges. Cool on a cooling rack
