Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3-1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Melt butter then add flour and stir until well blended.
  2. Add cheese and cut and fold in whites of eggs beaten until stiff.
  3. Season with salt and cayenne then drop from tip of spoon on buttered sheet 1” apart.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
