  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 medium yellow squash
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 6 small red potatoes
  • 3 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 1/2 tbsp flour
