Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook sausage meat, drain off fat ( reserve ) cool .
  2. Whne cool, mix sausage meat with the egg, and cheeses
  3. Roll out dough to a rectangle.
  4. Spread with cooled meat filling.
  5. Sprinkle on Pizza seasoning to taste.
  6. Roll up into a loaf
  7. Place on baking sheet
  8. Let rise one hour
  9. When risen brush some reserved sausage oil over the dough
  10. Bake 400F till golden and tested done about 25 to 30 minutes
  11. Slice when warm
