Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°; butter a 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix eggs, flour, and baking powder.
  3. Stir in the sausage, shredded cheese, cottage cheese, and mushrooms.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes, until set.
