Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs together.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together and add to wet mixture.
  3. Mix in grated zucchini and nuts.
  4. Bake 325 degrees for 60 minutes in loaf pans.
