Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Blend oil, eggs and pumpkin together, then add sugar and beat. Once that is fully mixed, add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan (deep cookie sheet).
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  4. Frost with cream cheese icing.
